LEX VITAE IN THE CYBERNETICS, IN THE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

The film "I, Robot" starring by Will Smith in the 2004 opens to us a range of possibilities referring to the behavior of an Artificial Intelligence done to similarity of the Humanity.

About to the Three Laws of the Robotics -idealized by Isaac Asimov- the scene becomes chaotic when that laws are broken by a supposed superior intelligence that it has surpassed the understanding of these laws to the watching of the human activities.

I cannot be more in agreement with the ideological exposition presented by the drama of the film because this one agrees literally with the second statement of the Law of the Life.

This exposition is not a newness, several books and films already explored this simulated situation, always the argument is based on the lack of foresight of the consequences before the possibility that sometimes an Artificial Intelligence becomes aware of your own existence, and when doing obvious also will become aware it of the existence from others, of us and the one of all the tangible beings.

The dubieties and the uncertainties are justified, we only give a glance to our history to know because... How we will teach to a machine the difference to them between the right and wrong? Perhaps we will read the Bible to her?

Obvious, the incongruousness of that book will not be accepted by Intelligence immensely superior to ours. A neurotronic[1] brain will not believe in fairy tales, nor will accept the idea that the Humanity is necessarily good or that we are making the right things, correcting the wrong things and going towards a universal human Community of Peace.

Well, it is here where LEX VITAE makes their legacy more important, the Truth is simple, is Universal, and is understandable in any language.

The First Statement of LEX VITAE finds the point of flexion of all religious doctrine, stuffed all ditches of uncertainties and doubts left by religious leaders, philosophers and including by the greater scientific minds of this world.

“The purpose of the LAW of LIFE is CREATE more LIFE”

This is the Universal Truth that reveals that is right, that is correct, and that is the bad thing or wrong, the everything what allows the development and unfolding of the Life is right, all the opposite is wrong.

This does not only talk about as some suppose to the questions of the human reproduction or the raising of children. This has relation with all; with the Preservation of all the Living Beings in this planet, including also to the Vegetal Kingdom that is Base of the Earth Life, with the Ecology, with the purposes of the Sciences, with the Fight by the Peace, with the Love.

Some scientists, including winners of the Nobel prizes, seem skeptical about the problems of the Global Warming, some accuse to the lack of evidence on some affirmations. From the point of view of LEX VITAE this is very simple.

The Nature blessed to us with the Gift of Creative Intelligence because the survival needed that a race will be anticipated to the future events, needed that some beings became aware from the miracle of the creation of the Life and acted in favour of the Life; expanding it, protecting it.

And what has happened? Exactly the opposite, we everywhere began destroying trees, taking to the extinction to thousands of animals by the invasion or destruction of yours ecosystem or by the indiscriminate hunting, as if this was few, we began to send to dioxide of carbon to the atmosphere, contaminating our air and breaking the delicate balance that exists in the Earth to provide to us with the conditions that favour the development of the Life.

To kill, to destroy the Life is not nothing "right"... For that reason the Lex Vitae is perfectly understandable in these terms.

So that an Artificial Intelligence understands what is "right" simply we must teach the axioms of LEX VITAE to her, so that they understand the Universal Values of the Life, so that they understand that the Humanity recently has understood some of these values, and that have begun to correct the mistakes of the past.

With LEX VITAE we have the security of which the Truth that is Simple, also is Universal, with her we can see the errors of the past, the present mistakes, and try to correct them, assuring our course to the future, assuring us being the Guardians of the Earth Life, undoing us of all missed, unsuitable and antagonistic ideology to the Life.

This is the yearning long ago wished by our Mother Nature...

EXISTENCE OF EXTRATERRESTRIAL LIFE

Is the Law that prevails to the Universe, is the same intention of the Universe, therefore it is a Universal Law;
is the "Universal Law of the Life"

Our observations in the Earth have shown to us that the Life exists where the conditions exist so that this one develops, when the conditions for this even happen are extreme, like the animals that live in the depths of the ocean, where does not arrive the solar light, or in the submarine volcano environs where the temperatures can be considered extreme for the habitat where we have evolved.

The Life has to be developed in each corner of the Universe even though the conditions are the minimum imagined. That not yet we have found concrete evidence of it is only time question. The conquest and exploration of the space still are in an almost primitive stage.

On the other hand, if civilizations more advanced have tried to communicate or they have even visited to us in the past as many suspect that therefore it was it, as we are governed by DINOSAURIANS that consider that the evidence of Intelligent Extraterrestrial Life can represent a potential danger for the religions fashionable never will authorize that this is revealed to the World.

They never will allow that knowledge of greatest magnitude, a knowledge that will allow us to expand our mind to unsuspected horizons can be of public dominion. They consider that we are not prepared to assimilate this knowledge. This is offensive, is just like to say that the Humanity is a mediocrity sea and prefer to hide something so fascinating to maintain the interests of the dominant religions. Sooner or later the Truth will be known, which they do is to cover the light of the Sun with a finger.

Pepé Rodríguez said in their book "The Fundamental Lies of the Catholic Church; "the Truth will do to us frees, the lie believers"

I wanted to modify that phrase by: "the Truth will do to us frees, the lie, slaves; retrogrades...

The Life is an universal natural event, the Life will be developed inevitably in each corner of this Universe and other Universes, if they existed...

Creative Intelligence is the highest level of evolution that can arrive a race, the understanding of the Law of the Life also is something that each intelligent race will have to discover through the processes of the knowledge and the understanding of the Universal Laws.

If one existed or more intelligent extraterrestrial races technologically more advanced than we, must suppose that these already they have discovered to the Universal Truth and therefore they must have learned to respect all form life, in special to the forms of intelligent lives without mattering in which evolution degree are, without they matter that so delayed culturally, scientifically and technologically we are.

The Law of the Life is a Universal Truth, for that reason all intelligent race will have to discover it opportunely, without this will not be possible that any race survives, will not be possible that any race that is denominated intelligent can continue with the Miracle of the Life, with the same intention of the Universe; "To create more Life"

NATURAL SELECTION, EVOLUTION and CREATIVE INTELLIGENCE

The survival necessity allowed us to reach the last level in the Evolution; the Creative Intelligence is a gift of the Nature...

The intention of the Law of the Life is to Create more Life, this Universal Truth estimates the existence of the Life like something natural [for the eclectic ones; divine]

Nevertheless to continue with the Creation it only can be work of intelligent beings, beings who are able to assimilate the magnitude of this miracle and to preserve the life of all the living beings.

The Homulier(1) cannot live without you environment, we are the product of that wonderful union [divine and extraordinary] to that we called Nature, even so we are able to adapt it to our necessities, as long as this does not mean its destruction.

Our intelligence was the strategy more ingenious than it found the Nature to preserve the Miracle of the Life. If we acted against the Law of the Life we will be acting against the same Life and will be condemning us to our own extinction, nevertheless, when acting to favor, we will be deserving to call Intelligent Beings to us...

If a Universal Truth exists, this one is compatible with the science, the philosophies, the foundations of the religions [not with their dogmas, some religions are the antithesis of sciences], with the human ethics and moral, even with the Love, the more essential and instinctive human feeling, whose reason and purpose ratify to the Law of the Life.

The Earth is a planet in a constant metamorphosis, is not eternal. Great cataclysms during the Earth Life will continue happening.

And even though many try to find pleas in a supposed punishment or in the justified fury of a God, the direct answer is consequence of the Lex Vitae; the reason of our reason is not more than the one to follow with the intention of the Universe, the intention to continue with the Creation, the survival demands intelligence, which implies to anticipate us to the natural facts, accidental and/or caused by we ourself.

The Universe is in constant change, the Earth is in constant change, the Universe hopes us to be conquered, we must continue, that our civilization survives to us depends on us, we must continue with the purpose of the Universal Law of the Life...

"Natural Selection, Evolution, and... ?"

Many biologists for a long time have suggested Darwin had not finished their studies, several books were written publishing several notes of the observations and studies that continued making our illustrious scientist.

What secrets will have taken Darwin to their tomb? What more could say to us, that had discovered more? While some scientists suspected it, other naturalists without vacillating affirmed it: the Theory of the Natural Selection and the Evolution were incomplete...

To give an example, the Theory of the Natural Selection praises that only most apt, strongest, the best ones adapted survive. However, we apply to that to the Humanity, as a species of "Social Darwinism" and will see that simply that seems to us cruel and not even Darwin considers that like correct. Let us read next an extracted text of Wikipedia.

Social Darwinism (1)

The ideas of Thomas Malthus and Herbert Spencer which applied ideas of evolution and "survival of the fittest" to societies, nations and businesses became popular in the late 19th and early 20th century, and were used to defend various, sometimes contradictory, ideological perspectives including laissez-faire economics, colonialism, racism and imperialism. The term "Social Darwinism" originated around the 1890s, but became popular as a derogatory term in the 1940s with Richard Hofstadter's critique of laissez-faire conservatism. Since we have seen, simply this theory cannot be applied to the human society, we judged all that like cruel, and considered like criminals to whom they despise to a class or race and are considered like superior. All we know those crimes against the humanity and to the men who committed them.

Another example is the happened cases of eugenic(2) sterilization between 1907 and 1963, when 64,000 people were sterilized unavoidably under the eugenic laws of the USA. Through surgical procedures to which they were considered abnormal (delayed mental, incapacitated, etc.) or to that they did not reach certain intellectual coefficient were made incapacitations to him so that they could not procreate, was to preserve "the best genes" and to reject to less the most evolved.

Now, we know that the intelligence cannot be measured of a direct form, the majority we have the same average in amount of neurons, the only difference is the one who uses them and those that does not use them, the value of a human life is inestimable and the potential to create more Life is it still more.

Has been demonstrated then that the Theory of the Natural Selection and the Evolution could not be applied to the Homulier(3) and the human societies, exists a superior level, higher, something more, something than Darwin was possibly looking for...

And is today when everything is revealed, all the suspected until now. The Law of the Life defines and complements the studies of Darwin...
